The Hangar Developer Program
The Hangar Developer Program Website (“Site”) is a toolkit for airlines, Developers, and Panasonic to innovate, co-create, and deploy custom iOS and Android applications on Panasonic’s In Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) platform.
This Site contains information about Software Developer Kits (SDK(s)), online resources, and customer support. Interested Developers must fill out an application (“Sign-Up”) and sign a Contract with Panasonic prior to accessing the full Site.
“Us,” ”we,” “our” or similar language refers to Panasonic Avionics Corporation (“Panasonic”).
“You,” “your” or similar language refers to the person accessing the Site and/or registering to be considered as a potential Developer and, if applicable, the company, entity or organization for which you’re accessing the Site or registering to be considered as a Developer.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement, and, where applicable, read together with your Contract, shall govern your access to the Site. BY ACCESSING THE SITE OR SIGNING UP TO BE CONSIDERED AS A DEVELOPER, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR BINDING AND IRREVOCABLE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, WHICH SHALL BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR CONTRACT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT ATTEMPT OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SITE, OR PROCEED TO APPLY AS A POTENTIAL DEVELOPER.
Web Developers (“Developer(s)”) with substantial experience in application (“App(s)”) development, on the Android and iOS platforms, that are interested in being considered as a Developer supporting Panasonic may apply for consideration by “Signing Up” at the web link above. Only those Developers approved by Panasonic with a fully executed and valid Contract my access the full Site (“Sign-In”).
DO NOT attempt to access the Site or apply for consideration as a Developer if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By applying, you represent that you are not on the U.S. Treasury Department list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders.
You may not register for another person or entity (other than a company or entity for which you are duly authorized to represent). Please do not register more than once.
We are free to use, without compensation or accounting, in any manner we deem appropriate, any feedback or suggestions you may provide us regarding the Site or otherwise. Further, by providing Panasonic any feedback, input or information otherwise by
accessing the Site or “Signing Up” for consideration, you give us (and our service partners and consultants) a no-cost, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, publish, publicly perform and publicly display
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site and any application (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice, and we will have no liability to you or any third party should we exercise such rights.
No Legal Relationship Created
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to create a legal relationship between you and us and shall not be read, under any circumstances, to create an offer, acceptance of an offer, or otherwise bind Panasonic whatsoever nor may these Terms be construed to create any liability or obligation to you or any third party.
