Welcome to the Hangar Developer Program

The Hangar Developer Program enables airlines and third party vendors to innovate, create and deploy applications for Panasonic InFlight entertainment systems. Developers can access SDKs, APIs, software releases and technical resources to assist in developing new applications or adding functionality to existing applications.

Tech Notes

Log Passenger Usage for Navigation Data

Logging passenger usage allows you to analyze how passengers navigate interactive screens at various touchpoints, such as Interactive, Portal and Companion App.

This usage logging provides data for an airline to:

  • Understand passenger usage patterns
  • Leverage the data to personalize content and offerings relevant to the passenger experience

To log passenger usage data, you must provide event names and field values that match the managed list. In addition, airside logging uses the Seatback Application SDK.
